Lieutenant General Jon M. Davis USMC (Ret.) is CEO and Chairman of ADACEN Incorporated and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rolls Royce North America. Jon is a former US Marine Corp aviator of 37 years. He served as the Deputy Commander, Network Warfare at Fort Meade, and later as the Deputy Commander, United States Cyber Command. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, a Master of Science from Marine Corps University, and a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is a graduate of the Wharton School, Boards That Lead program.
John Pippy, President, ADACEN Federal, LLC.
Brigadier General John Pippy brings over 30 years of experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and security operations. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Engineers for National Guard Affairs and concurrently as the Land Component Commander for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. John has a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Irish American University in Dublin, Ireland, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.
Robert Henley, Adacen, Inc. Founder & CTO
Mr. Henley is a serial entrepreneur and business operations leader with over 30 years of experience ranging from spacecraft communication engineering at the US Naval Research Laboratory, Senior Engineering Director at US Internet working App Host division, Private Cloud Architect for USA TODAY, and product, service developer and service delivery leader for numerous organizations. He is a co-founder of several companies and has held executive roles within these companies focusing on product inception, development, and service delivery. Mr. Henley is a former US Air Force Scholarship recipient from the University of Maryland, where he earned his BS Degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering before entering the Air Force Reserves.
J. Kyle Bodhaine, Adacen, Inc. Dir. Development and Construction
Mr. Bodhaine has over 39 years of diversified experience in construction, architecture, and project management. He joined ADACEN in 2022 and is director of its real estate development & construction in Albuquerque, including working with Sandia National Lab and Los Alamos Lab. Mr. Bodhaine has over 39 years of diversified experience in construction, architecture, and project management. As a graduate of architecture from the University of Texas in Austin, Mr. Bodhaine has received NCARB certification and is a licensed architect in several states. Upon graduation, he worked for architectural firms in Texas and California and with the Marriott Corp.
